Role Overview
Internship Opportunity: B2B Social Media & Content Marketing in Emerging Markets and Development Finance 

Are you passionate about emerging markets, financial advisory for capital raising, and development finance? Do you want to contribute to state-of-the-art B2B marketing while leveraging innovative tools like AI? We are looking for an out-of-the-box thinker to join our team and help create impactful marketing strategies for a global audience.
Key Responsibilities
  • B2B Social Media Marketing: Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to manage and grow professional platforms like LinkedIn and engage creatively on TikTok and Instagram to expand brand reach.
  • Content Creation & AI Integration: Write and edit blog articles, social media posts, and marketing materials with the help of AI tools, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and professional content tailored to a B2B audience.
  • Out-of-the-Box Campaigns: Bring fresh, creative ideas to drive engagement and make Delphos stand out in the crowded B2B marketing space.
  • Research & Insights: Conduct detailed research on trends in development finance, emerging markets, and global topics to inform marketing content and campaigns.
  • Growth Strategy: Assist in developing innovative strategies to grow our social media presence and increase engagement with a focus on B2B clients.
  • Database Management: Accurately maintain and update deal information, ensuring alignment with marketing efforts.
  • Community Engagement: Build and manage online communities by interacting with audiences, fostering relationships, and growing active follower bases.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For: 
  • Academic Background: Currently pursuing a Master’s degree or in the final stages of a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
  • Perfect English Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal English skills (studied abroad or in an English-language program). Native or near-native speakers (UK/US preferred).
  • B2B Marketing Mindset: Understanding of B2B marketing principles, with the ability to craft professional and compelling messaging for corporate audiences.
  • Creative & Analytical Thinking: Balance creativity with a structured, results-driven approach.
  • Tech-Savvy & AI Enthusiast: Comfortable with exploring and integrating AI tools into marketing processes for content creation and analytics.
  • Proactive Work Style: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results.
  • Social Media Expertise: Experience or a keen interest in professional platforms like LinkedIn, as well as creative platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
