Role Overview

Delphos is seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to support the group’s cash management, forecasting, and banking operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily treasury activities, enhancing cash forecasting accuracy, supporting accounts payable and receivable processes, and contributing to process improvements through data-driven insights and the use of modern digital and AI tools.

Location: St. Moritz, Switzerland. Please note that candidates must hold existing Swiss work authorization, as visa sponsorship cannot be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Cash Management

Manage the daily cash management process for the group.
Assist with treasury-related projects and process improvements.
Lead cash forecasting activities and collaborate with country teams to enhance forecasting accuracy.
Analyze variances between forecasts and actuals, and proactively suggest improvements.
Leverage AI tools and data-driven solutions to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency.

Bank Account Management

Oversee bank account management across the group.
Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and controls.
Maintain and update banking systems and cash pooling structures in line with organizational changes.
Identify opportunities to automate and optimize banking operations using modern tools.

Accounts Payable / Receivable

Manage semi-automated invoicing processes for vendors on a monthly basis.
Perform regular reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.
Provide KPI reporting and actionable insights to senior management.
Explore and implement AI-supported solutions to streamline AP/AR workflows and reduce manual effort.

Requirements

The successful candidate is likely to:

Hold a degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Be proficient in MS Office tools, with advanced Excel skills for complex financial analysis.
Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
Have a strong interest in financial markets, treasury operations, and payment systems.
Demonstrate curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, particularly AI tools, and a willingness to use them to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Be motivated to build a career in Treasury and invest in continuous professional development.
